Control of the radio station and the rotary system

Radio station management

In the Radio control section of the right menu, you can open the radio station control window.

The window consists of two parts. Downlink is the receiving window, Uplink is the transmission window.

You may need to update the information in the menu EDIT → Update transponder data.

The Track button in the receiver window allows you to turn on the tracking mode for the selected satellite. In this case, the frequency of the receiver will be constantly adjusted in accordance with the Doppler shift.

Similarly, the Engage button in the transmitter window enables tracking mode for the selected satellite. In this case, the frequency of the transmitter will be constantly adjusted in accordance with the Doppler shift.

You can adjust the frequency of the receiver and transmitter manually by clicking on the arrows or numbers.

Control of the rotary system

In the Antenna control section of the right menu, you can open the rotary system control window.

The Track button in the receiver window allows you to turn on the tracking mode for the selected satellite, and the Engage button allows you to turn on the rotary system, while the rotary system will automatically monitor the selected satellite.

Enabling Engage when Track is off allows you to control the rotary system manually by changing the angle values using the arrows.
